Talks from It’s About Time can be found here.

October 28th @ Temple Buell Theatre

1350 Curtis Street

It’s time to explore the triumph, ingenuity, and achievement of our region’s brightest women. We’ll be producing two live sessions of speakers and streaming a session from the TEDWomen 2016 event in San Francisco. So, along with drawing inspiration from local luminaries, you’ll hear from a number of TED speakers all in a single day.

Hard to begin if you don’t know where to be. Here’s your no-frills itinerary:

  • 12:30 – 2pm : Registration + Exhibits
  • 2-3:15 pm: Speaker Session 1
  • 3:15-4 pm: Break
  • 4-5:30 pm: Speaker Session 2 (simulcast)
  • 5:30-6:15 pm: Break
  • 6:15 – 7:45 pm: Speaker Session 3
  • 7:45 – 8:30 pm: Reception
  • 8:30pm -12am: After Party

You have access to exhibitors set up at various points throughout the event with interactive experiences to share.

We’ve assembled the region’s most inspiring companies and organizations who are ready to share their stories with you. You’ll find these interactive exhibitors throughout the Buell lobby designed to intrigue and excite (click on the link for more info).

There will be three speaker sessions with breaks in between.

In true TEDx style, the order in which speakers appear in remains a mystery! And guess what, you don’t have to watch from inside the Buell. We’ll have viewing stations set up for more informal viewing.

Our second speaker session will be a simulcast from TEDWomen 2016 in San Francisco!

This is an exclusive opportunity to see brand new TED talks before anyone else!

Eat well before you arrive, as the event lasts from 12:30pm to 7:45pm.

We will provide gift bags with a few snack items from our event partner, Whole Foods Market. Small plates will also be available for purchase as a light snack from the concession stands located throughout the lobby.

The Ideas and Inspiration Carry On After the Event!

Join us at our After Party to for a chance to mingle with fellow thinkers and doers, and keep the It’s About Time excitement going. More details soon!
