TEDxMileHigh Spring 2022

COVID-19 Guidelines

Your health and the health of our community remain our top priority.

The the Newman Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Denver has taken a multi-layered approach in response to the COVID-19 pandemic with a primary focus on protecting and promoting the health and well-being of its attendees. In consultation with DU’s health care partner, National Jewish Health, and consistent with guidance from federal, state and local public health agencies, DU has implemented a variety of mitigation measures across campus. Throughout the Newman Center, DU is using a high-volume, low-velocity ventilation system with HEPA air filtration.

Starting Thursday, March 17th, vaccination and mask requirements at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts will be lifted. All face coverings will be optional in the venue and we ask our guests to respect those who continue to wear face coverings as a precaution. We encourage patrons to continue to make smart decisions regarding their health and to contact our box office should you feel ill and unable to attend one of the performances.

Lastly, if you feel in any way sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms on the day of the event, please request a refund and refrain from attending the event.
