Susan Chandler is a 5th degree black belt Ki-Aikido instructor, speaker, corporate trainer, and radio show host. As a speaker and trainer she has brought the leadership, performance, and communication lessons from Ki-Aikido, known in Japan as Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, into businesses and organizations since 1991. In 2001 Susan went back to graduate school at Regis University to explore developments in brain science concerning the neural underpinnings of the interconnection between movement, mind, and emotion. She continues to explore and write about the developing understanding of the integrative brain as it relates to everyday experience. On the Internet radio program Mind and Body in Motion, Susan takes the listener on an exploration of the science of body and mind and of the movement practices making a difference in health, emotional well-being, cognitive performance, and disease.
