Marcus Moench is the founder of ISET-International where he works with communities, non-government, government, and international organizations on adaptation and resilience to climate change, urbanization, water, and energy in South and South East Asia, the Middle East, and the Western United States. He combines scientific training in environmental science, water resources, and energy with extensive experience supporting governments, international organizations, nonprofits and local communities in developing effective responses to climate, water and disaster risk. He founded ISET in 1997 and guided the development of its programs on urban resilience to climate change, water resource management, and disaster risk management until 2014.
