Join our 2019 Experience Board

The Experience Board helps shape the attendee experience at our two live conferences each year. Board members work to recruit + curate compelling exhibits, create inspiring attendee experiences, and assist with event logistics and event week execution. This board will ensure a top notch experience for our attendees to be inspired and connect with big ideas.
 
We are accepting applications through January 15, 2019. We will conduct phone interviews through the end of January and make announcements by mid-February.

The Experience Board meets monthly to brainstorm exhibit and experience ideas and to plan for upcoming events. Each board member will be expected to collaboratively lead at least one exhibit or experience per event and be available event week for event set-up and day-of event execution. The time commitment is 4-8 hours per month, with an increased time requirement in the weeks leading up to conferences. Members commit to a minimum of one year serving on the Experience Board.

The Exhibits and Experience areas at TEDxMileHigh events are interactive spaces in which attendees explore ideas through hands-on exploration, conversations, and experiences. We are seeking a diverse group of enthusiastic individuals who are connected in various spheres throughout Colorado including science, technology, sustainability, community building, and the arts. We are seeking individuals who will creatively brainstorm exhibits and experiences and work to execute the corresponding details for event day.
