Upon payment through AXS, you should have received an email confirmation with one or more PDF tickets. You must pull it up on your mobile device with the Flash Seats app. There is no will-call. Please download the Flash Seats app prior to the event.
    > Download for iPhone
    > Download for Android

Can’t find your ticket on the Flash Seats app? Try searching your inbox and spam/junk folders for “AXS”.

Still can’t find your ticket? You may contact AXS support or there will be a help/info desk in proximity to the registration line available. We also advise bringing the credit card you used to purchase tickets to the event.

We encourage you to walk, bike, carpool, or take public transportation. (Bonus points, anyone?) The Bellco Theatre is inside the Convention Center, and just a few steps from the Convention Center Light Rail Station. You can also take the 16th Street Mall free shuttle and walk two blocks.

Otherwise, please allow 45 extra minutes to park. We recommend parking in the Colorado Convention Center Parking Garage, located directly across from the Bellco Theatre. The garage charges roughly $15 for event-related parking. Other parking opportunities can be found here and parking rates here.

Registration is located near the Bellco Theatre inside the Colorado Convention Center (CCC). You can enter the CCC from 14th St (near the Big Blue Bear). Registration is divided into two lines. Please find the appropriate lane and have your ticket ready. If your ticket is General Admission, follow signs for GA lines. If your ticket is VIP, All Access, or Superhero, follow signs for Priority Registration. Our secondary registration is located in the Southwest corner on Stout St. (Lyft/Uber drop off).

Please note that you must present your ticket via the Flash Seats app. Please download, log into your AXS account and view your tickets before arriving. Increase the brightness on your phone once you’re in line and bring the credit card that you purchased tickets with.

Once your ticket is scanned, you will receive a sticker badge with space to write down your name. Wear this badge at all times for access to TEDxMileHigh: Imagine. It will admit you into both speakers sessions, experiences, and the After Party later in the evening.

SECURITY NOTEFor your safety and the safety of others, attendees are required to pass through metal detectors and bag check upon arrival (after receiving badges). If you are carrying any bags/backpacks, be prepared to be searched; any weapons of any kind are prohibited in the Bellco Theatre. Outside food or beverage is not allowed through the metal detectors. Food or beverage purchased inside the lobby is not allowed inside the theatre, so please plan accordingly. Expect to repeat this process if you exit the event space and plan to return.

Absolutely! Food, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase from carts and stands located throughout the lobby (9:30a-3:30p) and during intermission (1:30-3:30p) in Exhibit Hall D.  Water stations will be available all day. Food or beverage purchased inside the lobby is not allowed inside the theatre, so please plan accordingly. You may bring a water bottle, but attendees will need to empty them upon entering the Bellco Theatre venue for security purposes.

We aim for creative casual, but there is no official dress code. With that said, pretty much no one wears ties at TED or TEDx events. Personal expressions of style are welcomed and encouraged. Coat check will be available for $3 upstairs, just look for the signs!

Just as you would for a play or a movie, please plan to attend the full speaker programs. There is no public schedule on who will speak when so you won’t want to miss any of them! If you arrive late, we will do our best to help you find your seat during a pause in the talks so that you may enjoy the rest of the program.

As tickets represent an important part of funding for TEDxMileHigh, our policy is that tickets can be given to anyone (AXS provides PDF tickets that may be emailed to anyone). As such, we do not offer refunds.

You may, however, send someone in your place. If you are unable to use the ticket, you can email the PDF to the person you are sending in your place or give them your paper ticket.

You can expect to hear from 14 speakers and performers. Fascinating people. People at the top of their game. People just starting out. People who’ve done it all and wrote the book. They’re a mix of speakers you haven’t seen anywhere else. They come from a wide variety of disciplines and are prepared to give the talk of their lives. The speaker order and the topic of each talk are kept secret until event day! Check out who will be speaking in each session on the TEDxMileHigh app.

We’ve curated 25 interactive exhibits and experiences in the Bellco Theatre lobby. Here, you can engage hands-on with social environments, participate in thought-provoking projects, and interact with innovators and entrepreneurs. Stop by the TEDxMileHigh Bookstore, power up a bubble machine by pedaling on a stationary bike, learn about our journey to Mars, eat bugs, try out virtual reality and more.

If you’d like to know more about the exhibitors who will be present, take a look on the TEDxMileHigh app or read our blog!

    TEDxMileHigh Imagine Seating

VIP and All-Access ticket holders may enter the theater and head down to the first 25 rows. Seating is general admission (i.e. first-come, first-serve) during each session, so make sure to get a good seat! If you are lost or confused, look for volunteer ushers wearing red TEDxMileHigh shirts to help to guide you. We appreciate your help in filling all the seats so that we seat everyone as quickly as possible and stay on schedule. Additionally, please avoid saving seats between sessions and please do not leave personal possessions in the theatre between sessions during intermission. Check out the handy map above or ask one of our volunteer ushers for additional guidance.

A BIG thank you goes out to all of our Imagine Sponsors. Their commitment to elevating inspired citizenship makes this event possible. View a full list of our partners online.

A Nursing Mother’s Room is available at the Colorado Convention Center. If you have trouble finding it, stop by the Help Desk, and we will direct you to the room.

If you are attending with special needs, visit the help desk near registration and obtain your ticket. The help desk staff will provide you with instructions and/or direct you to your reserved seating area. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions or requests you may have in advance.

Cap off your day at the Imagine After Party! It’s a great opportunity to connect with attendees, the producing team, and the speakers. The party is located nearby at Le Méridien Hotel but you can rely on us to guide you straight there; follow the volunteers in red who will be holding signs. Be sure to wear your badge with you for entrance.

Neither photography nor audio/video recording are permitted. If you are covering the event for any sort of media organization, please be sure to note that when you register; we can provide you photos following the event.

We do not issue refunds for the event. Tickets can be transferred to any individual—we only need to scan a ticket. You may sell or give away your ticket if you’re unable to attend.

We expect a sold-out event. With that in mind, we will need every seat, so we ask that you do not save seats for those who will be coming in late. After each session, you and your party can relocate as tickets do not reserve specific seats.

Remember, you are on film. We tape the sessions, capture the audience and film during breaks, so you may end up in our TEDxMileHigh footage and photographs.

We want attendees to be able to fully comprehend each talk. If you wish to have a conversation during a session, please wait until breaks so that speakers may deliver their talks undistracted.

Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We encourage you to be active on social media this week, though we do ask you to reserve your cell phone usage for outside the theatre to avoid drawing attention to yourself inside the theatre and distracting from the talks.
