In 2013 Tasha started her company, The Eurich Group, to helps companies succeed by making their leaders AWESOME (primarily through workshops, keynotes, and executive and team coaching). The Eurich Group’s clients include Walmart, Western Union, Newmont Mining, CH2M HILL, Xcel Energy, Vail Resorts, I H S, DCP Midstream, HCA, Centura Health, Cobiz Financial, Destination Hotels and Resorts, and the City of Cincinnati. Tasha serves on the faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the top executive education institutions in the world. She’s also a contributor to The Huffington Post, and has been featured in outlets like Forbes, The New York Times, CNBC, USA Today, Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur, Today, and CNN. She’s been named one of Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” as well as a “Top 100 Thought Leader” by Trust Across America, alongside the likes of Stephen Covey, Jim Kouzes, and Bill George. In 2013, Tasha released her first book Bankable Leadership: Happy People, Bottom Line Results and the Power to Deliver Both. It debuted at #8 on the New York Times best-seller list and was named a Top 10 Small Business book by Small Business Trends in 2013. In her spare time, when not agonizing about the topic of her second book, Tasha enjoys travelling, cycling and is an unapologetic theater nerd. She lives in her hometown of Denver, Colorado, with her husband and their rambunctious dogs.
